a. Vega World Travel offers travel packages displayed on our website. You can search for information, order and buy the products you want and pay securely online using the payment link or transfer to our bank account which we will send to you.
b. Vega World Travel Services are generally available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes repairs, upgrades or maintenance on the Vega World Travel site. Onsite Offline Services are performed according to the business days and hours specified on the Website.
c. Orders and purchases made by you through vegaworldtravel.com create a binding legal and contractual relationship between you and her Vega World Travel partner. By booking a travel package with Vega World Travel, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. Each customer will be asked to complete a registration form and subject to availability at the time of registration. Once you confirm your reservation request, itinerary and final cost, you require to make full payment to complete your reservation process. Payment can be made online from the link or by bank transfer which we will send you. You will receive a reservation confirmation email once payment has been done.
Payment link or bank account details will be emailed after booking confirmation. Full payment should be made directly to confirm your reservation.
Notice of cancellation must be made by email and such notice will be confirmed by Vega World Travel. The date Vega World Travel receives the email will determine the applicable cancellation fee. If the tour is cancelled due to customer’s convenience (regardless of the reason), the following conditions will apply:
If Vega World Travel cancels the trip for any reason except force majeure, Vega World Travel will either find a reliable alternative travel agent to operate the tour or we will refund 100% of the tour price within one week of the cancellation.
VEGA WORLD TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY DUE TO FACTORS OUT OF CONTROL OR OTHER PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE TOUR. These factors include war, strikes, weather, political disputes, border closures, flight delays or cancellations. Any costs incurred by Vega World Travel or its authorized agents as a result of these changes must be paid locally by the customer. Otherwise, the tour will be canceled immediately and Vega World Travel will have no further liability.
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical and other related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, travelers are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance.
Visa is not included in the packages.
If you have any special requests, please email us at the time of reservation. We will be happy to pass your special request on to the hotel or other provider, but we cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated, we will do our best to contact you in advance. All special requests are subject to availability unless otherwise confirmed.
